Heh. Some dude on Talkbass did a video on it, but he played at about 2 zillion beats per minute, so I was struggling to see how his thumb moved. I can move my thumb up and down, I just can't get my fingers to pop and get the groove going, cuz everytime i try, my thumb stops going. I'ts just a matter of hand and finger co-ordination.

Hey! Victor Wooten is a bassist to check out with the double thumb technique. I have on of his DVD's and he slows it right down to show you. It is pretty cool. I have been playing bass for 17 years now and still haven't grasp it. I can do it slow and do use it for accenting. I still just stick with single thumb strokes. I have always had enought speed for what I am doing.
